Cancellation Policy

The Bradford Clinic is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional care and customer service. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen.

Please call us on 07 4639 1250 by 2:00 p.m. on the business day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. We reserve the right to charge a fee of $197.00 if prior notification is not given for the missed appointment.

Some treatments/procedures require a deposit of $197.00 upon booking {your Doctor or Nurse will advise at time of consultation} The deposit is non-refundable if changed or cancelled after 2:00pm the prior business day.

As our special offers have limited availability a 50% deposit is required at time of booking, can only be used within the stated time frame and is non-refundable if changed or cancelled after 2:00pm the business day prior.
