Blue Banana Smoothie
Start your day colourful with this vibrant smoothie! Delicious and easy to whip up, if using almond milk, it contains your daily recommended intake of Vitamin E, which is used to protect cells from free radicals, acting as an antioxidant.
1 frozen banana
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup almond milk, or milk of choice
1 tbsp nut butter of choice
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp honey
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!
